Error when pressing Enter to add a Promotional Code in the cart.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set the profile "IBE: Use Promotion Code" and a promotional code modifier
2. Login to iStore
3. Add an item to cart
4. Add a valid code in the Promotional Code field
5. Press "Enter" on the keyboard instead of clicking on the button "Apply"
6. The page errors out with an Application Error (NullPointer Exception)
