Goal

Applied the patch and the remit-to account is now non-updatable for confirmed payments. However, there is another error being shown.

Reproduced Steps:
Payments Workbench
(N) Payments > Entry > Payment
(T) Find > (B) Find to find all existing payment records.
Click into the “Remit-to Account” field and then click into any other field of the payment form. The APP-SQLAP-4667464 error is shown.

APP-SQLAP-4667464: Remit-to Account is invalid.Please Re-enter.
