Failure Analysis Does Not Filter By Failure Code

When attempting to view Failure Analysis by Failure Code, it does not work
This error only occurs when viewing by Asset Category or by Failure Code.
The results should be based on the filter code for failure type applied
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Navigation: Failure Analysis > Failure analysis
3. View by Failure Code from drop down menu.
4. result not filtered
