Bulk Upload Functionality Not Working For "Person Type" And "Learner Group" Fields

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bulk Upload functionality not working for "Person Type" and "Learner Group" fields in Enrollments and Subscriptions.

Customer is having issues within the Bulk Upload functionality when searching for certain Person Types and Learner Groups.

Customer has requirement from the business to be able to enroll employees within a specific learner group in a class. .

Once the customer gets get to the "Add Selected Learner" screen and search for a leaner group, the browser continues to spin and it eventually completed in 2-3 minutes


Person Type - Customer has "Person Types" per Business Group such as: 'Employee', Applicant, Contingent Worker, Part_time Retiree, Expatriate, Third Party Employee, etc. that this customer used to label the what type of employee they are.

The 'Business Group Transfer' is specifically when a employee transfers from one Business Group to another: i.e - US to South America.

Person Type – When searching for “Employee (Business Group Transfer)” value and press go, customer only gets a spinning circle at the top of their browser then it eventually times out.

Customer has NOT had the chance to use the bulk upload functionality in this situation because they cannot search for the specific 'Person Type' in the search criteria.
The only person type that does not work is the 'Employee (Business Group Transfer)'

Customer is unable to successfully view employees within a class using the 'Employee (Business group transfer) person type

Learner group : TAG -- Customer has a total of: 232



Customer ran a query of their largest learner group for all North America and there is a total of 41,905 and when they go through the same process to bulk enroll through this learner group, customer has no issues.  The learner group : ‘North American has 41,155 learners and only takes 10 seconds for the learners to appear.
The Eligibility profile for this learner group is associated with US and Canada Business Groups






STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Customer unable to enroll employees within a specific learner group in a class. .

Once the customer gets get to the "Add Selected Learner" screen and search for a leaner group, the browser continues to spin and it eventually shows in 2-3 minutes.

The learner group : TAG - Sales Coordinator  has 230 total learners and takes 2-3 minutes for the learners to appear.
