Offer Not Getting Populated on Claim Main page after selecting on LOV

Problem Description
Not able to select offer on claims main page

Error/Actual Behavior
After selecting offer name in LOV on claim main page , its not populating on claim page

Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create offer , activate it
2. create claim and try to attach offer on claims main page from LOV

Expected Behavior
Should be able to select offer on claims main page
