Batches Cannot be Retrieved After Editing Formula and Changing Formula on Recipe (Doc ID 2323161.1)

After batches were created, the product of the recipe, which had specified a Revision number, was deleted and replaced by the same item with no Revision. Then, the recipe was set back to New status and the formula version in the recipe was changed. This seems to have also caused the recipe validity_rule_id to change. Because of this, the batches cannot be retrieved, and there are Batch Close Variances
