Search Results Do Not Render In Browser

Search screen does not render results.

When running an open search the user interface should consistently return results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to order release search screen. Select the search operator for Order Release Id as (one of)
2) search without entering any value
3)System throws an error - "If using 'One of' or "Not one of' please type in a comma separated list:
4) then change the operator to 'Begins with' and click search, the screen does not respond.

The issue occurs in all search screens.
