Task Type and Task Template Drop Down's Do Not Show All Values

When creating a new task in the Resolution and Wrap Up region, using "Task Type" or "Task Template" drop down lists, not all values are available for selection.
Agent Dashboard > Create Service Request > Resolution and Wrap Up > Create Task
