Symptoms

Serial Numbers Not Available for Items Intransit  

Serialized items are in the status of intransit and do not have marked id's but are not appearing in the LOV when trying to enter a receipt. The serial records do not exist in the rcv_serials_supply table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory Superuser -> On-Hand, Availablity-> On-Hand Quantity
2. Enter the org, subinventory, and item number; Organization: IGC, Subinventory: ###, Item: ###
3. Query for SNs, none in LOV
