From The Field Service Technician Portal Some Task Fields Are Not Displayed On Details Tab

When updating a task from FSTP the following fields are missing on the task details tab.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the FSTP dashboard.
2. select 'open tasks' view
3. select a task and click the update icon ( pencil icon)
4. Select the Details tab
