Reservation Lines Show 0 Quantity in Primary UOM and Non Zero Secondary Quantity (Doc ID 2323569.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to check Batch ingredient reservation,
the following error occurs when click (Menu) Help > Record History.

ERROR
Primary Quantity=0, Secondary Quantity is non zero

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in fdxwho

Cause: fdxwho failed due to ORA-01403: no data found

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and wat executed from the file &ERRFILE
