Last updated on FEBRUARY 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Inventory Management - Version 12.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.2.6 version, Material Status

Actual Behavior
Users have setup required E-record signature for On Hand status change , but even though the voting engine in effect is set to "First Responder Wins" (through Approvals Management Engine (AME)), if the first user signs the e-record, system requires signatures from the rest of the users from the Approval Group.

Expected Behavior
Users expect the signer who approves the transaction first would complete the signature process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1  Inventory responsibility ->On-hand,Availability->On-hand Quantity->Select On hand material

2 Tools -> Status Update -> Change On-Hand Status

3 Change Status to a new value and press Update

System requires electronic signature from all the users from the Approval Group,even if AME is configured with First Respond Wins option
