Symptoms

PARGDR_SINGLE - PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project
Or
PARGDR - PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects fails with following:
x_error_code is [NO_PRVDR_GL_DATE]
300:Error Code [NO_PRVDR_GL_DATE]
Could not create a valid GL date
PA: Error in main.
