Users report after an E-Business Suite instance shutdown, the administrator cannot start OPMN due to the following errors:


Executing service control script:

$INST_TOP/admin/scripts/adopmnctl.sh start

Timeout specified in Context file: 300 second(s)

Script returned:

ERROR: Timed out(300000): Interupted Exception

You are running adopnctl.sh version 120.0.12020000.2
