On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'View Action History' shows a redundant Approval record when approver edit/approve the requisition which encumbrance enabled In Oracle iProcurement.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No redundant Approval record will be inserted when approver edit/approve the requisition when encumbrance enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

 

  1. Login as PSTOCKMAN/welcome
    2. Use iProcurement, Vision University responsibility
    3. Requester PSTICKMAN create a requisition which encumbrance enabled and forward to approver CBLAKE to approve.
    4. Login as CBLAKE/welcome
    5. Use worklist/notification to query the Requisition
    6. Click Edit requisition
    7. Changed price from 1 to 2.
    7. Submit
    8. Click Continue > Enter note "CBLAKE final approve"
    9. Click Approve on notification
    10. Requisition is Approved

View Action History, see the following:

PSTOCKMAN - Submit
PSTOCKMAN - Reserve
CBLAKE - Unreserve
CBLAKE - Approve, note "CBLAKE final approve"
CBLAKE - Reserve
CBLAKE - Approve, no note, ---- This is redundant and should have been fixed
