Pending Interface Flag For Trip Stop Resets To NULL due to Inventory Interface Flag is NULL, N, P in WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS Table (Doc ID 2324137.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that the order data is in the following status
- Order line is closed.
- Associated Delivery Detail is in a shipped status.
- Delivery is closed.
- Trip stop is closed with pending interface flag value = null.
- OM Interface flag = Y for the delivery detail.
- INV Interface flag = P or N for the delivery detail.

In the Shipping Transaction Form, the delivery detail shows the 'Next Step' as 'Run Interfaces'.
When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop, the delivery is unavailable to select in the parameters.
The item's on hand quantity has not been deducted for the line's ordered quantity.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the delivery detail status to be interfaced OM and Inventory and item's on hand quantity deducted.


STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will due to data corruption.
