Unable To Add Attachment When Creating A Service Request From Contact Center Teleservice (Doc ID 2324460.1)

In 12.2.6 service requests viewed from contact center in the special help menu, attachment icon is disabled. Unable to add attachment.

What Works
Creating SR's within contact center works fine and adding attachments through iSupport works as expected.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate > Service > Customer Management > Contact Center > query person (ie. ABC) > Service request tab > create SR > save > attachment icon disabled
