Dispatch Center: Error FRM-40207 When Searching For Tasks (Doc ID 2324470.1)

Symptoms

Receiving an error when searching for Tasks in the Dispatch Center using any of the dates (Planned Start, Planned End, Scheduled Start, Scheduled End, Actual Start, Actual End)

If the day of the month in the start date is greater than the day of the month in the end date, then the system throws an FRM-40207 error.

To test, set the date format to dd/mm/yyyy, and enter a search range like (March 23)  23/03/2017 00:00:00 to (April 1) 01/04/2017 23:59:59.
The system will throw an error.  However, set the second date to (April 24)  24/04/2017 23:59:59 and the system works fine.

Error:

FRM-40207: Must be in range dd/mm/yyyy to ...

Steps:

(R) Field Service
(N) Debrief

 - Dispatch Center
 - Search for Tasks using any of the dates (Planned Start, Planned End, Scheduled Start, Scheduled End, Actual Start, Actual End)
 - Set the date format to dd/mm/yyyy, and enter a search range like (March 23)  23/03/2017 00:00:00 to (April 1) 01/04/2017 23:59:59.

 => Error occurs.

What is Working:

The form works fine if the date format is set to mm/dd/yyyy in the User Preferences.
The error occurs using European date preferences where the day of the month comes first.  (i.e. DD/MM/YYYY)
