When attempting to delete a secondary assignment record, the following error occurs:

APP-PAY-07630: You Cannot delete the assignment when event rows exists.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility

2. Go to People > Enter and Maintain

3. Select Assignment form

4. Delete Assignment

5. Select purge option

6. Error occurs
