Sample Group's Disposition Not Going To Complete Status In GMD_EVENT_SPEC_DISP Using GMD_SAMPLES_PUB (Doc ID 2324699.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

With the subscription for GMDQMSMC/GMDQMSMC_PROCESS for business event oracle.apps.gml.po.receipt.created turned on but the auto generation of samples turned off, a sample group ( sampling event ) is created. Then the GMD_SAMPLES_PUB.create_samples API is used to create the samples for the sampling event and the sample will have a default disposition of pending.
 Now the issue is when the results are all entered and the sample switches to a disposition of complete but the sampling group is showing pending

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Then the GMD_SAMPLES_PUB.create_samples API is used to create the samples for the sampling event and the sample will have a default disposition of pending.
  When the results are all entered and the sample switches to a disposition of complete , then the sampling group disposition should be complete

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn on the subscription for GMDQMSMC/GMDQMSMC_PROCESS for business event oracle.apps.gml.po.receipt.created .
2. Turn off the auto generation of samples
3. A sample group ( sampling event ) is created.
4. Use GMD_SAMPLES_PUB.create_samples API to create the sample for the sampling event and the sample will have a default disposition of pending.
5. Enter all the results and the sample switches to a disposition of complete
6. However, the sampling group disposition is Pending but not complete
