Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When the NON-JRE SCORM adapters uses suspended data API. The suspended data contains an '=' (equal sign). When the course is relaunch all the suspended data past the '=' sing is truncated. This issue is not present on the regular Java version of the adapters.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Non-JAVA SCORM adapter should prompt to return to the last page visit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learner Self Service
2. Play content
3. The behavior is present.
