Country and Zip code values not showing up in System Extract

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Batch Processing / Reporting / Extract

When reviewing the ANSI System Extract, find that the data elements RTD DELTA N402 (State Code) and RTD DELTA N403 (Postal Code) are NULL



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Use US Super HRMS Manager
  2. Navigate : Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Definition
  3. Query ANSI-834 Full Profile seeded extract.
  4. Enter a value for prefix say 'RTD DELTA ' and click Copy Extract
  5. A new extract with the name 'RTD DELTA ANSI-834 Full Profile' would be created
  6. Navigate : Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Criteria Definition
  7. Query the newly created criteria using the prefix used in step 4
  8. In the Person Tab, select 'Person Full Name' criteria and enter the value 'sg_emp,' so that the Extract Process would pull the data for only this person
  9. Submit the Extract Process Concurrent Program with the newly created Extract Name i.e., RTD DELTA ANSI-834 Full Profile and No for Send Email
  10. Once the request completes, navigate : Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results
  11. Query using the Extract Process Request ID 8149796
  12. Click on Detail button
  13. Query for "RTD DELTA N4- Member Residence City State Zip code" record name
  14. Here RTD DELTA N402 which is supposed to hold State information and RTD DELTA N403 which is supposed to hold Postal Code information are both blank.
