Using Reprice at Fulfillment Workflow Does Not Pull in the New Unit List Price (Doc ID 2325358.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that using workflow 'Line Flow - Generic, with Reprice at Fulfillment' that sometimes
order lines do not pull in the new list price based on the repricing date = actual shipment date
even though the calculate price flag = CALCULATE PRICE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expects that the new price list line's unit price, based on actual shipment date, is pulled in as Unit List Price of order line.

NOTES

The Reprice activity contains the following attributes:
■ Repricing Date = Actual shipment date
■ Repricing Event = Line
■ Honor Calculate Price Flag = Yes

Event Phase with Name = List Line Base Price has "enter shipment" event added
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Setup > Event Phases
3. Find on: Name = List Line Base Price
4. Click Find.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Query order
4. Ship order
