Dashboard Is Not Getting Updated On EBusiness Center (Doc ID 2325733.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.3 on Dashboard tab none of the object profiles is getting updated in eBusiness Center


Steps To Reproduce
=============
1. Navigate > Collections Agent > Collections > query Organization = 'Marsh Emirates Insurance' > double click organization field to launch eBusiness center > on ebusiness center go to Dashboard tab click Refresh no data is populated for the different profiles
