ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Generate work order program is not creating work orders is not creating any work orders no matter what parameter is passed along with the program. There are several PMs that are eligible but none of the work order is creating.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PMs should be creating Work Orders

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
2. Navigation = Preventive Maintenance-> Generate Work Order
3. Process creates no work orders for several PMs
