Actual Behavior
Can't transact move order via Select Available Inventory Form when trying to select long lot number

Error
FRM-40735 : SEL_AVAIL_ACCEPT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Move Order > Transaction Move Order
2. Enter Move Order Number > Find
3. Click View/Update Allocation Button
4. Click Select Available Inventory Button
5. Enter Selected Transaction Qty for long lot number (50 Digit for this case)
6. Click done
7. FRM-40735 : SEL_AVAIL_ACCEPT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502 (at bottom left)
8. Click Transact
9. Transaction Process Error total Lot Transaction quantity does not match transaction quantity
