On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to set Profile option "CSD: Default Material Sub-Inventory" at responsibility level, the profile option LOV is not showing all the subinventory for which the organization has access

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should display the correct list of sub-inventories

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to set profile option "CSD: Default Material Sub-Inventory" at responsibility level
2. The LOV is showing less sub-inventories than the available ones for the organization
