Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Reports - PO and RCV

A number of Check Event Alerts appear in View -> Request.


Expected Behavior

Check Event Alerts should not appear in the View -> Request window.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Responsibility: Purchasing

2. Navigate to: Submit Request

3. Find Previous Requests window shows:

Printed City Purchase Order Report(Landscape)
and then a long list of
Check Event Alert
Check Event Alert
Check Event Alert
Check Event Alert
Check Event Alert
Check Event Alert
