Symptoms

On Release 12.1.3 version, Supplier Admin Issues

When attempting to send message from Online Discussions page, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException :JBO-25013: Too Many Objects Match the Primary key Oracle .jbo.key.[xxxxx].

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Sourcing Super User / Sourcing Buyer responsibility
2. create an auction and invite a supplier user with no first name.
3. Login As supplier
4. Select Online Discussions from Actions LOV
5. Create New Message
6. Select Online Discussions from Actions LOV
7. Create New Message
8. Click: 'Send'
9. Receive Error: oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxx].
