Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Enterprise : Scheduler

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Report Job not running and nothing showing in Report Job history.

From the BI publisher catalog can submit the job.

After submitting the job, it displays that the job is submitted, but in reality nothing is submitted.

When clicking on "Report Job History" it is blank.

bipublisher.log file contains the following error:
