Inactive Vendor Contact Name Replaces Active Contact on a Service Contract

On : 12.2.6 version, Service Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Selected vendor contact name changing to an inactive contact name after save and re-open the Contract

A User created a Contract and selected an active employee as a vendor contact. After the session is closed and query the contract again returns inactive employee name of the vendor contact

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Selected vendor contact should be retained on the Contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager responsibility
2.Create a new Service Agreement
3. Enter required details and vendor contact as 'Contract Administrator' and Save
4. Re-query the contract and observe that the contact name is changed
