Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Ship Confirm

When attempting to perform ship confirm, the following error message is raised:

Error: One or more Ship Model Complete configurations on delivery XXXXXXXX are incomplete.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping> Transactions
3. Using the order number, query the delivery lines.
4. Attempt to ship confirm
