Issue is not specific to single service request .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Support Specialist Responsibility and Choose Menu Option Agent Dashboard
3.Create Service Request
4.Enter long text in problem summary field
