On : 12.2 version, Payroll - Fast Formula

When attempting to create fast formula in HRMS application, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735 on-insert trigger raised unhandled exception Ora-22275

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in application
2. Select HRMS responsibility
3. (N)->Total Compensation->Basic->Write Formulas
4. Create new formula and try to save

Upgrade EBS product database to 11.2.0.3 or higher.
