On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping Transactions form

Actual Behavior
Delivery Detail volumes do not match Delivery volume in Shipping Transactions form

Sample order is 616 (Delivery 319).

The 24 delivery details that are Interfaced on delivery 319 have Volume of 79.67482
However, when the Delivery 319 shows Volume as 33.8004 (which is lower by 45.87442)

Other details

==> Observe that this issue only happens when the user changes the Quantity in the Transact move orders before pick confirm.
  For the example order, item 869, line 10.10. The Quantity was changed in Transact move orders before pick confirm from 5 to 1.

==> No LPN updates done

==> This affects all sales orders where the Quantity was changed in Transact move orders form

Expected Behavior

Expect that the Delivery Detail volume should match the Shipping Transaction volume

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick release order
2. Make a change to Qty in Transact move orders form
3. Observe the Delivery Detail volumes do not match Delivery volume in Shipping Transactions form
