How to Increase Decimal Point Precision for Numeric Fields in a Manager Layout (Doc ID 2328384.1)

Goal

The precision of decimals for a numerical field in OTM (i.e. "Gross Volume per Ship Unit" on the order release screen) is only 2 decimal points by default. Is it possible to increase the decimal precision on this field?
