Ship to Customer Details Are Missing on Claim after Updating Details on Settlement Tab (Doc ID 2328450.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, CLAIMS

When navigated to claim settlement tab and save claim, ship to customer details on missing on claim page.

Ship to customer details should not be missing after claim update.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a manual claim and add bill to and ship to customer details
2. Navigate to settlement tab and populate details and click on save
3. You can see ship to customer details are missing on claim main page

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add ship to customer on claim
