Symptoms

The oldest asset has a Date Placed In Service (DPIS) < the earliest GL period.
Ex.  Oldest DPIS is  01-JAN-1976.  The earliest GL period is 01-JAN-2000.  
The first period to be depreciated is JAN-1976, as shown in the Depreciation Run form for the book.
