ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Self-service and Core Forms functionality difference

When creating contingent worker Placement from self-service for China with Expatriate as No, it creates contingent worker successfully even if Citizen Identification Number, Hukou Type and Hukou Location fields are not provided but on the Core forms these fields are mandatory.

Self-service and Core Forms functionality should be the same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login to Oracle Apps HRMS System
Step 2: Go To Manager Self-Service -> Contingent Worker Placement
Step 3: Select Business group for China  and Populate all the required fields for contingent Worker
  Select Contingent Worker Type as Contingent Worker and Expatriate as No
You will get the following confirmation page once the contingent worker placement is successful.
Step 4: Now open this newly created contingent worker in the forms and check the Citizen

Identification Number field. This is required field for which we have not entered any value
through self service page then also placement got created but on the forms when you make any change and try to save it gives error for this field.
