Symptoms

Refreshing a Case Folder results in the following error -

**SQL error and free**24-OCT-2017 17:16:14
ORACLE error 6502 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_CMGT_DATA_POINTS_PKG", line 1478
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_CMGT_DATA_POINTS_PKG", line 6613
