Symptoms

When attempting to manage user access (i.e. editing the user preference access for a user), the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Navigate to Configuration and Administration >> User Configuration >> Manage User Access
2. Select the respective User Access Type, User, Level and Role
3. Click Edit User Access
