Symptoms

Transfer prices Schedule is not mandatory in Cross Charge option at task level

Go to Task level Cross Charge option
Enable checkbox 'Allow Charges from other Operating Units'
Tick the Process Cross Charge for Labor and Non Labor leave the Transfer price details blank.
Save
System allows to save the changes without mentioning Transfer price details.

This is causing the Borrowed and Lent transactions to be rejected with error "PA_CC_TP_SCH_ID_NULL".
