Performance Issue in Agent Dashboard Update Service Request Page When Moving to Entitlements And Deadlines Tab (Doc ID 2329422.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Update Service Request

After applying patch 23738323:R12.OKS.C it still takes around 12 seconds to navigate from any tab to Entitlements and Deadlines tab in Update Service Request page

Expect the tab change to take place in few seconds

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to agent dashboard
2. Query for any Service request which has got contract associated and having many lines
3. Navigate to entitlements and deadlines tab
