Symptoms

On EAM - Enterprise Asset Management, 12.1.3 version , COST Estimation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
WO Cost Estimation is not capable to check the subinventory asset flag.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Cost Estimation should be accurate and reflect the same as the actual costs does when using zero rebuildable valuation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set EAM Parameter: Value Rebuildable At Zero Cost = Yes
2. Add material requirement with supply from an asset (non-expense) subinventory
3. WIP Parameter > Default Supply Subinventory is also asset subinventory
4. Run estimation
5. Estimated Material cost is zero!!
