Getting Error in Payments Processing in Collections Form : Party context attribute is missing

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Agent UI
When attempting to do payment processing form for a particular customer, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Party context attribute is missing, or does not have referential integrity with its source table
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Collections form --> Open a Transaction
2. Click on Payments
3. Goto Credit Card tab, select all fields and Error pops up
It happens only for a Transactions of a particular customer /customer site.
