Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Applications Management Pack, Patch Manager related issues

 

 

 

 

Users report the AMP Patch Manager only shows the patch deployment procedure (DP) execution data files for the last month.

When searching patch runs by date on the "Search Patch Runs" page, it does not reflect all the patch runs.

However, the "Change Approval" screen does show all the patch runs.

The patch runs are submitted and approved by the same user, and the Patch Manager diagnostic test completes successfully with no failures.
