On : 12.1.3 version, Budgeting & Forecasting

When the "UPG: Upgrade Budget Types and Budget Versions process is run on a specific Project the project amount is higher than it should be

When it is run. the UPG process on that project, the functional amount in the financial plan type is equal to the functional amount on the funding. But the amount in the project amount is higher than it should be, The code did the following:

Functional amount (CAD) * exchange rate = Project amount(USD)
instead of doing
Project amount(USD) * exchange rate = Functional amount (CAD)

In the funding screen
Project amount (USD) = 641,448.14
Functional Amount (CAD) = 792,409.88
Billing currency screen exchange rate : user = 1.235345196375
641,448.14*1.235345196375 = 792,409.88

In the financial type screen
Revenue in project currency (USD) = 978,899.74
Revenue in functional currency (CAD) = 792,409.88
792,409.88*1.235345196375 = 978,899.74
