When attempting to open the request log/out files from the form "find concurrent request" error occurs, after you have implemented NDE on the instance following:

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/network.111/b28530/asoconfg.htm#i1007808

Below steps were performed:

1. Add the lines for enabling encryption and tracing into sqlnet.ora on the database tier (@$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin)

SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_SERVER = required
SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_TYPES_SERVER = (abc)
SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_SERVER = required
SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_TYPES_SERVER = (MD5)

2. Add the lines for enabling encryption and tracing into sqlnet.ora on APPS tier (@$TNS_ADMIN)
SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_SERVER = required
SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_TYPES_SERVER = (abc)
SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_SERVER = required
SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_TYPES_SERVER = (MD5)

3. Restart the database and APPS

4. After that you are able submit a concurrent request and it completes normally.

5. But when you click to view the output, it throws up error:
     FS-NCROROU FAILED
