Symptoms

On : 12.2  Version and Higher , Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Running  MassCancel Request  for a Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) Requisition , The  MassCancel Request Creates Two Duplicate Cancel Events.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility ->  Using Define Masscancel form -> Submit the Request for A Contract Life Cycle Management Requisition.
2. Navigate to Accounting>SLA:User Main Menu>Accounting Events
Query by Transaction Date,Ledger Name and Transaction Number i.e PR Number
You will see two Cancel events for same Requisition Number  - This leads to Duplicate Reversals Accounting Entries
