On : 12.1.3.4 version, Installation
When attempting to check Purchasing Data Discovery,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An error occurred while attempting to apply security filters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing Data Discovery > procurement operations > procurement
operations dashboard
2. system shows error:
An error occurred while attempting to apply security filters.
3. Check studio.log, see information below:
com.endeca.portal.lql.LQLException: Failed to parse EQL query: Syntax error,
unexpected Symbol

Also, see information below:
Return expression: (( not (org_id = XXX or org_id = XXX or
org_idXXX......AND ()
--seems issue possible caused by there is no condition in 'AND ()'
